1. HOW DO I ORDER?
When in instagram, just slide into the DMs. On hand and ready to ship plants are under #plantparenthoodphonhand or at the ON HAND thumbnail. Here at WWW.PLANTPARENTHOOD.PH, select the plant/pot/plant basket/plant mover. Click add to cart, and select Go to Checkout and fill up the form to confirm your order. An invoice will be sent with your total bill, delivery fee, options for mode of payment and your due date thru email.
2. WHAT ARE YOUR MODES OF PAYMENT?
I accept payments through BDO and BPI deposit or credit card thru Paypal. For cash deposits, the bank information will be emailed to you once you fill out our order form. For paypal payments, please provide email for Paypal invoice.
3. HOW MUCH IS YOUR SHIPPING FEE?
Shipping is done thru Transportify or Lalamove. Please provide your complete delivery address to calculate for shipping. The delivery fee will be added to your total order and invoiced to your email.
4. HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
Please send me a screenshot of the deposit slip/online transfer when payment is made. If payment is made and acknowledged, delivery will be on the following business day (no sunday/holiday shipping).
5. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE METRO MANILA?
I can ship air plant holders nationwide. Air plants can be shipped within contiguous Luzon. Potted plants can be shipped within Metro Manila/Rizal only.
6. CAN WE PICK THE ITEMS UP?
Yes. You can proceed with the order and payment at BPI or BDO and pick up the plant at Caferista at 11 Brixton St. Barangay Kapitolyo, Pasig City. They're open Mondays to Saturdays 10 am to 7 pm. Only paid plants will be endorsed at Caferista. Drop off is thursday afternoon. Cut off for payment for plants for pick up is Wednesday 5 pm.
7. CAN YOU HOLD THE PLANT/ITEM FOR ME? I'M STILL DECIDING.
The plant/items can be put on hold only after the email invoice is sent, awaiting payment. You have 2 banking days to make the payment for bank deposits. If payment is not made after the due date, the order is automatically cancelled. The plant/items will be open to other inquiries.
8. DO YOU HAVE A STOCKIST/PHYSICAL STORE?
I have small potted plants at Caferista. Most plants on the instagram feed are online only. But we're working on it. ;-)
9. IS THIS THE ACTUAL PHOTO OF THE PLANT/POT/BASKET?
Yes. I take time to take a photo of each item so you know exactly what you're adopting/purchasing.
10. I'M LOOKING FOR A CERTAIN PLANT YOU'RE NOT STOCKING? CAN YOU FIND IT FOR ME?
I try my best to source plants for you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for requests.
11. HOW DO I CARE FOR THE PLANT?
The plant care guide is on the description boxes of each item. A plant care guide will also be shipped with the plant.
12. I NEED A PLANT NOW! WHAT THE FASTEST WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU?
